If there's a problem with your order, let me know and I'll fix it. I picked the vendors who make our merch based on their reputation for high quality work and ability to deliver quickly. But stuff happens!

When will I get my order?

Most of our vendors ship within 2-3 days. Shipping time depends on your location, but is usually 2-4 days to addresses the continental US, and can be anywhere from 10-20 days for international deliveries. Some fulfillment times may be longer than usual due to Covid.

Where will my order ship from?

All products are printed and shipped from the USA.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Please check your confirmation email for tracking information and for any mistakes in the delivery address. If an order is returned to our fulfillment vendor because of an incorrect address, we can arrange a reshipment if you want to pay for the shipping and handling fees. Otherwise, the order will be donated after two weeks.


How do I track my order?

You’ll receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

I got the wrong product or it was damaged. What do I do?

Email a photo of what you received, your order number, and any other info and we'll have a new one shipped asap.


What is your return policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order or the quality of the printing we'll fix it! Please email to let us know. Be sure to include your order number and a photo showing what's wrong.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Our merch is custom made to order so we are not able to offer exchanges. If you didn't get the size or color you ordered, we'll fix it. Email to let us know.
